So Very Much... Delicate Details

 Hello stampers!

I have a Sale-a-bration sample to share with you today. It is featuring two stamp sets, "So very much" and "Delicate Details". I went for a coral ombre look for the front layer. First, I stamped the large "thank you" sentiment from the {So very much} set with  Versamark, added Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder and heat set it with the heat tool. I watercoloured the background with Watermelon Wonder and Calypso Coral, which go beautifully together.


I added some of the lace trim images from {Delicate Details}, the smaller one with clear and I stamped this prior to watercolouring. The large scallop lace is embossed in gold. It's not like me to leave so much of a card so open, but I thought it showcased the stamped images perfectly as is. I hope you like my card, have a great day!

Lift me up with Cupcakes & Carousels

Hello stampers! 

Today I'm sharing one of the projects from my one of my gatherings. It is featuring a bunch of new products, mainly the {Lift me up!} stamp set, the {Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack},both from the Occasions Catalogue and the {Carried Away Designer Series Paper} from the Sale-a-bration brochure. Check it out... It's a Diorama!


I love fun fold cards... I can't get enough of them, and I've made this type of card a while ago. I decided to give it a fresh look with some new products. There is 3 layers for stamping, DSP, die cuts, etc.



I made 2 cards, the first one I coloured with alcohol markers, the one below is with {Stampin' Write Markers}.

Paisley, paisley, paisley & posies!


Hello stampers! 

Did you know that some of the products from the 2016 Holiday Catalogue are still available? Yep, there are a number of them still available, if you look at your 2017 Occasions Catalogue on page 55 (inside of back cover) you will see them listed. You can view the list HERE. Of the products carried over I'm the most excited about the {Paisleys & Posies} stamp set & (Paisleys Framelits}. My card today is featuring this fab set of products that sure gets a workout from me! 


I went for a bright colour palette with cucumber crush, Bermuda bay & delightful dijon, three of my fav's! I stamped the images randomly over the strips of cardstock and layered them onto the front of my card. 


I used a Whisper White card base with Basic Black as an accent layer. For the details, I used the framelits to cut out a couple of sparkly add-ons and some {Gold Metallic Thread} to finish it off. I hope you like it, have an amazing day!

Beetles & Bugs

Hello stampers! 

When I flipped through the pages I noticed a stamp set that was right up my alley. I just couldn't resist the cute array of bugs and beetles in the set called {Beetles & Bugs}. This set is the closest to a Halloween styled set in a spring themed catalogue. I decided to stamp a bunch of the creepy crawley insects. I used versamark with clear Stampin' Emboss powder, then heat set them before adding an array of vibrant colours. 

 

Some bugs and beetles actually have some beautiful colours, so I went with the brightest colours I could find. I used Tempting Turquoise, Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay, Elegant Eggplant, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Melon Mambo, Dapper Denim and Emerald Envy. 


Since the set contained all images, I created my own sentiment. I went with "Sorry you've got a BUG, feel better soon" ... using the {Labeler Alphabet} set, then fussy cutting them out. I hope you like my card, I have a couple more cards to share that I made with this set at a later date.
