Hello............ I can't believe it's Friday already, this week just flew by. I participated in a demonstrator only swap this past weekend. It was an annual catalogue CASE swap, if you're not sure what a CASE is, it stands for copy and share everything.
I chose one of my favourite sets {Live, love, grow} for my card. Generally, I'm not one to CASE projects, but I enjoyed trying to replicate the sample in the annual catalogue. In turn, I received some lovely catalogue samples for myself and to share.
Since I already had the stamp set out I decided to make a bunch more samples designed by me this time. Since I had my watercolour paper out and my Cucumber Crush ink, I opted for a watercolour background for my first two cards.
I stamped a window sheet with the solid images from the set. I used Archival Black ink and put it aside to ensure they were dry. I didn't want to distract too much from the bold black images so I just added a piece of {Painter's Palette Designer Series Paper} and a gold doily.
Next up is one very similar to the previous sample. I used the window sheet again, but I added some Emerald Envy with the Cucumber Crush and switched up the DSP, using {Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper}.
The last two cards are again similar with slight variances. The one on the left I stamped the images with a variety of colours with a black sentiment from {One Big Meaning} and the second, I stamped the entire background in black and added the coloured piece for a pop of colour. I hope you are inspired to design or CASE, creating is good no matter how you do it. Have a beautiful day!
