Hello again!
I was making some invitations for my sister's baby shower a couple of weeks ago. I was using the {Ready to Pop} stamp set - since that will be the theme. Any excuse for me to have popcorn!! I decided to play around with the other stamps and see what I could come up with. It doesn't say popcorn at all on this card, but I think it turned out nice.
I used my favourite of the new 2016-18 In-colours, Emerald Envy. I have been hoping for a new rich and regal looking green since Glorious Green retired. I guess someone heard me?! I used the wreath image and stamped the entire background, essentially making my own designer paper. This is something I do quite often, since I tend to hoard my DSP. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that?!!
Even the sentiment Love is Sweet is from the same stamp set, I randomly stamped some into the center of some of the wreaths. I added another image for the right side of my card, to add some more colour.
For the banner I decided to fussy cut one of the wreaths out for a bit more dimension. I did use a sentiment from {Affectionately Yours}, I thought it paired nicely with the other. I hope you like it, have a lovely day.
