Hello, Happy Fall!! I hope you all had a great Halloween weekend. We went to a Halloween Party at the Scottish Rite, which is apparently haunted and very appropriate for the season we were celebrating. They had people dressed like zombies and man were they in character the entire night, they did such a great job! Kudos to them. I'm so sad that Halloween is over, but I do still have a few projects created to share in the next week that I made.
However, today I have a a card that would work for a Christmas, birthday or thank you card... just about anything except a baby or wedding card that is! Since I used the sentiment Warm Wishes from the Winter Wishes stamp set you could use it for more than one occasion, which is great! I made the picket fence using the ski from this set ... don't you just love when stamps can be used for more than the obvious intention?! I do!!! After I stamped the fence, I added some pine foliage below it.
Then I stamped my focal point the sled and fussy cut it out before mounting it to my card with dimensionals. I didn't want to add too much in front of the fence since I wanted it show. I did add a bit of the "white stuff", or in this case soft sky even though I'm not ready for it just yet! I hope you like my card, and that you enjoy this lovely fall day.. I'm off to work!
Thanks for stopping by, happy stamping!
Beckie
