TRULY Thankful for Fall Collages

The title for today's share is appropriate, since I am TRULY Thankful for this stunningly beautiful fall weather we've been experiencing lately. Today, however is foggy - but not too cold so I'll take it. The fall foliage is especially pretty with such a variety of colours, some of which are my favourite colours all year colours like orange, red, yellows and mossy and olive green tones mixed with some tans. 

I used the leaves, acorns and pumpkins from the September My Paper Pumpkin. I wanted to make some 3X3" thank you cards, and these cute little stamps were perfect for a collage background. Since they are photopolymer you can see exactly where you're stamping. I added a few pumpkins and acorns that I fussy cut out and added some Venetian Crochet Trim & Very Vanilla Thick Baker's Twine to add a bit more interest.

I stamped the background on this next, standard sized card just like the smaller one's - except the entire background is stamped. I stamped some Early Espresso acorns in the mix. 

I criss-crossed some Vanilla Baker's Twine and added some loops and Gold Sequin Trim before adding my sentiment in a 1-3/8" punched out circle. I added some fussy cut out acorns to finish things off. I hope you like my cards, enjoy this beautiful fall weather!
