Well, I had a very interesting night..... in the hospital! I avoid hospitals like the plague, but with no doctors available - I had no choice. I've been having these horrible back pains, thought I'd pulled something.. turns out it's shingles. I always thought that was something seniors got, apparently thiry-something people can get it too.... can't do much but sit or lie down - and it's painful to do that, but at least I can get some crafty stuff done. Crafting will make me happy and hopefully help to forget the agonizing pain I'm in :) Sorry to be such a downer.... (sigh!)... I do have a card to share today, a baby card...
Baby cards are something that I I really don't make a lot of ... once in a while, when needed. I decided I should try to make one, since it had been a while... this is what I came up with. I used some bright colours - Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay! Who says baby cards can only be baby blue and pale pink?! I used the very cute 'Baby, We've Grown' stamp set from the Annual Catalogue (page 80). It was a carryover from the Occasions catalogue of 2014. I used some of the lucious Moonlight designer series paper for the striped background, I cut a strip of Bermuda Bay to separate the Whisper White layer at the bottom (embossed with the Lucky Stars).
I coloured and fussy cut out the bunnies and the Brand NEW stamp. That wasn't quite enough, so I added some of the cute baby booties dangling from some Crushed Curry Baker's Twine and the little Cute Boy sentiment as a little tag for the booties! You can see a close up below. I did have fun making this baby card, I should try to make one more often... I hope you like it, have a great day :)
